You can control your cholesterol and triglyceride with some dietary control and daily excersices.
Avoid oily food and milk products. Have flax seed 1 tea spoon in morning. Do at least 30 min walk. Also avoid fried food stuffs. Eat plenty of fruit vegitables, leafy vegitables. Eat soaked 2/3amlonds, 1/2 fig, black raisins. Many people get there cholesterol in normal range with above measures.
As you have hypothyroid there are some ayurvedic medicines which found beneficiary. But should be take by proper advice and consultation only.

Since you have hypothyroidism, it is essential to control it effectively because uncontrolled hypothyroidism does lead to dyslipidemia (cholesterol level going up). So please see that your TSh is well controlled and maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. That will help in correcting the lipids. Thanks.
