My 1st day of cycle was on 21 and On 13 day of cycle I had sharp pain in lower abdomen at night and in morning I saw brown spots that whole day my temp was 97.7 that day. And after that my temp is constant 97.7 to 97.9. I did had intercourse that day. Does that mean i am pregnant. I have pcos. I am taking medication for that. Does that I am pregnant because my temp is contact after that range is 97.7 to 97.9. Please help. I hope this time its positive.

Dear lybrate-user Knowing your PCOS status it is expected that you might be having irregular / prolonged periods. It is advisable that you should get your pregnancy confirmed by urine test after 7-10 days overdue of your periods. Slight temperature changes do occur during menstrual cycle.
