My age is 52. My height is 5.10. My weight is 91 Kgs. I do Kapalbhati. 25 Min Stretching 15 Min Crunches. 10 Min Walking 30 Min About 4000 steps average I am diabetic with fasting sugar of 100 Average. I want reduce my weight. I am vegetarian. Alcoholic beverages Consumption is about 360 Ml in a week approximate. I do not smoke. Please suggest my workout is enough or I need to do more. My typical meal is 2 Chapatis in morning with cooked Vegetables. Lunch is some Sprouts/Kaabuli Chana boiled and a small sweet. Dinner is again 2 Chapatis with cooked Vegetables or Daal. I have about 4 to 5 cups of tea everyday. I want reduce by about 15 Kgs.

Hi, Lybrate-user you are a Diabetic so you need to decrease the consumption of simple sugar in your diet, increase proteins and finer. So completely remove white sugar and foods containing it if you want to lose weight. You should cut down on chappatis at night and instead take just Dal and vegetables cooked in minimal oil. Cut down on all fried foods and have small frequent meals. Do not add sugar to tea and instead of normal tea have green or yellow tea. Follow a customised diet plan for weight reduction.
