I feel tired all day. I can not sleep after going to bed but if I slept I can not wake up and feeling very lazy. I quit smoking before 10 days. I smoked for 2 years. And I am feeling very unmotivated and loss of concentration. I afraid that I am into depression. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user, it is true that the features you are describing are suggestive of depression. However, it is highly likely that you will need counselling regarding cigarette cessation and may need nicotine replacement in the form of patch for example. You will benefit from a thorough assessment of your condition so you can receive appropriate help. Please visit a psychiatrist in your area.
