I had been drinking and smoking for the past few years. Recently I decided to stop. And I am successfully carrying out the process. The only problem disturbing me is I am not getting sleep in the night and my mind is in full conscious ness and awaken throughout the night. Please advise how to tackle this problem with or without any medicine. Thanking you Kumar Raj.
