Hi. I am working in night shift. Many times I feel very lazy. Not active. Recently I have vitamin d test which result to 4 only, doctor said its very less. Is there any relation to vitamin d.with body activeness. Because I felt more cold in winter. And frequent suffering from cold and cough. Sometimes I also felt anxiety and angriness So my question is how I get feel active. And is decrease my anxiety problem Thanks.

HI lybrate-user. Lacking of Vitamin D is one part of total sickness and it plays part in not feeling well. The major problem is your bodies altered mechanism. Vitamin D is mainly synthesized by Skin in sun light. So spending some time in sun early morning is enough to restore it. But to feel healthy it very necessary that your whole system recover from disturbance. That can be done by proper homoeopathic treatment. Otherwise today it is Vitamin D, the next day it will be Vitamin B12 and more the other times. Treat the cause and not the effect.
