Hi I am 48 years old, 151 cm tall and weigh 57.7 kgs. I am a recently diagnosed prediabetes. My hba1c is 5.9.I also suffer from hyperacidity hence cannot remain hungry for too long. I also get headache if I reduce intake of carbs. Please advise.
