Please suggest the best digital physiotherapy machine for my knee and shoulder pain and from where I can get it. The physiotherapist don't want to reveal for obvious reasons but it is not possible for me to go to them regularly and I want to get it in my home. As I observed, the physio applied some gel and then hovered a mouse kind of apparatus over my knee and shoulder Please suggest.

for knee put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec then release and repeat 10 to 15 time. quadriceps exercises. hot fermentation twice a day. for shoulder. do hot fermentation. shoulder shrug exercises. stretching of shoulder and neck. avoid computer work. avoid heavy weight. and keep continue your physiotherapy treatment for few days
