I am a runner. Ran couple of half marathons last year. Used to run 50 km per week. I am having hair fall issue and had dandruff. Doctor suggested me ketoconazole and fluconazole. I am looking for permanent remedy and hair growth. I am on insulin since last 13 year. My blood sugar level if fine. Having prescribed medicine gave me little relief but still issues are there.
