I had unprotected sex with my gf 1 year back ie 7 January 2017. She started bleeding and pain that was not because hymen rupture or period when I asked her. She has an ovarian cysts. Next I suffering mild fever (03/03/2017) and pain lower abdomen and back. Pain left testicle and a swollen lymph node in my neck. I went through all my blood checkup next month and my anti hiv1&2 was (0.078 OD<.300) non reactive .next I check hiv1&2 that was (0.06<1) from Dr. lal pathlabs and doctor say it is uti. Now usg report was cystitis and funiculitus .and hiv report is (0.20<1) after 9 month So my question is swollen lymph node is caused of this problem? And have I affected hiv? please say something please.

As per the information provided you are not suffering from Hiv but lymphadenopathy might be because of infection which needs to be evaluated with a FNAC if necessary and plan to take UTI treatment properly till cure.
