I am a 17 year-old girl and my weight is 40-42 kgs. Though I am underweight, I want to gain weight by at least 5-8 kgs. I am non-vegetarian and my diet is normal still I am underweight. And yes, I am sedentary also. Please help me how should I proceed?

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For weight gain, since you are a non-vegetarian eat non-veg food more often than you'd normally eat. Eat dry fruits and nuts. Drink a glass of milk every day. Eat eggs on a regular basis. Also eat more potatoes, rice, cheese, peanut butter etc. We are here to guide you. For a more detailed and customized diet plan.
