I am 20 years old and I have started waking at 4 from last 3 months and my day mostly comprises of learning so I wanted to know which is better for me workout for muscles or yogasanas or anything else. And what is advice to me at age of 20 what should I do for increasing concentration.

Mild exercise like yoga asana or morning walk is better and safer. For concentration, Simply drink a hot cup of cow's milk (A2 milk) and in mornings take 2 to 3 almonds which have been soaked in water overnight. Both milk and almonds three times a week is okay.
