I have low hemoglobin it comes as 10.7 whereas it should be greater than 14 in men. What to do.

Dear lybrateuser, - To increase your hemoglobin you have to have a well balanced diet with more of iron containing foods like beans, lentils, leafy greens like spinach, kale, non veg( if you have), nuts such as cashews, pista, mecademia, whole grains such as oats, quinoa, seeds such as flax, sesame, Jaggery fruits like guava & apple - also can have a supplement if still does not increase.

Dear lybrate-user, Get your investigation done of stool to rule out any worms. Increase iron rich food in diet like Pomegranate, jaggery, green leafy vegetables etc. Also add vitamin C in diet for better absorption of iron. And get routine blood test again after a month. And let me know the status.
