I am suffering frm knee pain since last 9 months. MRI dated March shows acl appears bulky and grade 2 sprain. Another MRI dated July shows myxoid degeneration of acl. Last week I have undergone knee arthroscopy but the doctor said everything is fine inside my knee and you are fit. But the pain still remains. I can not walk or run and do not even stand for long time. I still feel severe pain in my knee whenever I fully straighten it or bends it fully. I do not knw what to do now.

If you have signs of instability. Then you should go for ACL reconstruction. Before that try doing quadriceps exercises .for 3-4 weeks.
