I am a 19 year old skinny male with height around 5" 11 and weight around 63 kgs. I was a complete vegetarian until few weeks, now I've started eating eggs for it's protein and full bcaa chain. I want to build muscle and get fitter. Please suggest me what all and how much should I eat being eggetarian which would help me fit in those loose T-shirts quickly.
