I want to lose weight for which I am going to gym in morning 8 to 9 am so can you tell me what should be done in breakfast after gym and during lunch and dinner also so that I should not put on extra weight ?I drink water around 3 litres a day.

In breakfast take oatmeal and boiled egg,fruit of ur choice and salads,,,in lunch take a bowl of rice with chicken or fish and dal,, veggies,,in the afternoon take few almonds,,nuts,,or sprouts or soaked chic peas and pea nuts,,in dinner take chicken soup,,one roti,,salad
