I want to lose weight for which I go to gym in morning and do cardio for 15 min and other exercises recommended by my trainer so can you tell me what should I take in breakfast? I take muesli with milk and sugar but gets acidic stomach after 2 hrs only. What change should I do in my breakfast diet?
