Hi I have diabetes and on insulin but my problem is my weight I am 5.11 with 100 kg van you suggest me a diet plan so I can reduce at least 15 kg.

Your bigger problem is diabetes and insulin, because of which it gets difficult to lose weight. In the presence of insulin the body goes in fat storage mode, not in fat burning mode. You can go off-insulin with right food. Avoid all market & packed foods including white sugar, oil & milk products. Have at least 1 serving of fruits (2-3 whole fruits) and 2 servings of salads (2-3 raw veggies) everyday, before main meals. I am a certified diabetes educator.
