I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in my mouth inner cheek with a flap reconstructive implant in my cheek. Flap taken from chin. I got the surgery done by Dr. in mumbai breach candy on 29/11/17. Now I have hairs inside my mouth. Till now I have taken 10 radiation out of 30. Now my mouth opens only a little more than one finger. I am facing problem to clean my mouth, to eat, to talk and the grown up hairs. I face a pain while eating ,chewing and swallowing with a pain till ears and head which is too much. Please advice me.

For hairs - you can get laser hair reduction sittings. Apply honey / glycerine to your buccal mucosa to keep it moist. Do mouth blowing exercises to keep mucosa loosened. Symptoms will reduce after some time after radiotherapy.
