Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate your effort. You can start with mild changes in your diet with Moderate amount of exercise. 1. DIET: Diet has to always be in a way where you can follow it well with less cravings. Try having a well balanced diet with more proteins and leafy vegetables, try having green vegetables [capsicum] .Try cutting down carbohydrates, go for simple Carbohydrates. Break your meal to small portions and multiple meals instead of 3 standard heavy meals. You can still have a cheat meal once in two weeks to help the cravings. 2.Exercise :Lets take it step by step .Exercise dose'nt have be boring, any form is helpful eg:[ dance, zumba,your favourite sport, walking,running, swimming, trek ] 30 mins of Cardio with good balanced diet helps to. Start with a smaller amount of exercise which tunes your body to workout and later slowly increase your pace and time. Hope this helps.
