Hello I am a patient of depression and anxiety. My psychiatrist had earlier prescribed me Ventab XL 75 mg which was effective but later on it started to lead me to diarrhoea and upset stomach. I told my doctor about this that even 1 tablet is leading to diarrhoea. So he changed the medicine to Uvox 50 mg. This medicine is not having any effect and I experience severe headache after consuming it and hot flushes are there too. Depression is the same. I have read on Practo.com that this medicine leads to suicidal thoughts. Is it true as I am very scared after reading this. I get severe withdrawal symptoms when once or twice the dose is missed. Please help.
