Hi all, When doing intercourse. I ejaculate within 10 minutes. Also penis size is too small around 3 inches when erect. After ejaculate some liquid came out of my wife vagina. She is not able to conceive. I am not sure whether semen is pass through vagina or not. Also my sperm is not thick sperm count is very low. Kindly suggest if there is any solution for penis increment and for healthy sperm. Which helps for my wife to get conceive.
