You have quite a good scope of growth. Take following steps: detoxify with herbs for a week or two, start light satvic diet, include cow milk n milk products in diet, green leafy veg and seasonal fresh fruits (not stored fruits) and multigrain flour, start doing sprints/runs, stretching exercises, hanging exercises and yoga stretches esp Soorya namaskar exercise, deep breathing.
