Hi chronic low back pain can be related to vitamin D deficiency. Therefore screening of patients with chronic Low Back Pain for vit D deficiency should be mandatory. Your vitamin D level is mild to moderate deficiency it can be treated easily by vitamin D supplementation. Adequate sun exposure is very important. Regards.
