Hi, I want to loose 5 kg n fats in tummy n lower. I do night shift. I have started taking oatmeal with water n add grape n pomegranate. For snacks home cooked popcorn cooked with olive oil. Dinner oat khichadi with boiled fish add green leaves veggi n raw carrot, beetroot, grapes n pomegranate. And I drink 4 to 5 ltr water. Green tea thrice. N when I get up I do little exercise. M I following a correct diet to loss or do I need to add or subtract anything in my diet plan. Please help as I want to loss in 2 weeks.
