I am 22 years and suffering from PCOD and under medication. Continuing my mild exercises but still there is no significant weight loss. My weight decreased by 2 kgs in past two months. But my weight should be 10 kgs less. I am currently 60 kg.

For weight loss you should be avoiding all packed and market foods, take less cooked food, avoiding all kinds of stuff having white sugar, reduce intake of milk and milk products, increase intake of fruits, raw vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts. All the best.
