My weight is 75.8 kg, 167 cm high and 37 years old. I want to loose at least 7 kg and become fitter. I am diabetic, blood sugar levels are well under control. I also have pain in my right knee occasionally. Please suggest.

Pain in knee can b a sign of muscular weakness. If there has been no injury to the knew then exercise to improve your muscular strength. Yoga is excellent to build flexibility in joints and weight training will give you strength and will also keep your blood sugar under control in long run. Set goals to attain physical fitness.
