Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For your age, it is best to eat a balanced diet and include every food group in your meals. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Never skip breakfast and have a breakfast that is protein rich and also include a fruit. Include salads, veggies, dal, rice, rotis in your meal.
