I am not able to act as normal. Like if something good happens am not reacting joyfully or bad happens I become sad. Its like am always in a stagnant mood. Lack of enthusiasm. Brooding over past. I took lot of tension and panic for some job related issues and some relationship problems for almost 8 months. And now even if I want to come back to my normal life like I used to enjoy before or react to situations I'm not getting to it. I used to drink alteast 3/4 times a week when I was undergoing those problems of relationship and job. But now I have quit alcohol. I still brood somehow about past and always get anxious in short time. Can you please suggest how I can get back to normal life.
