I have a sharp pain in my right shoulder. It starts a few inches below my collar bone and ends in the middle of my wrist. I've had it for about two days, and the pain only seems to be getting worse. I have no history of trauma, but I do have scoliosis. Could that be why it hurts? I have a dance recital tomorrow and need to try to figure this out as soon as possible.
