I eat a lot of healthy food but don?t get fat at all. I am just 45 kg at age of 17. Please suggest me something for weight gain.

Hello, please increase your intake of protein through sources such as pulses, milk, curd, paneer, lassi, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish etc. This will help in healthy muscle building. Also incorporate some muscle building workouts.
