Hi, I have my two testicles undefended (archiodexy) adult. 8 months back at the age of 22 doctors done my surgery. One testicle of taken as possible as in sproctum .But one was missed and gone they fist place .In semen test there is no zero sperm count (complete azoospermia ).Is there any chances to produce sperms in my testicles? I want to marry in this year .That's why am asking am fit to sexual life? In penis I have short time erection and semen goes very short time .Please give me reply sir. What is the solution sir?
