My brother is 15 year old and still he was not using any under wear. But since last month we give him under wear and he start feeling irritation. 1. He get off all his pants and under wear in Sleep and become fully naked. 2. And he don't want to wear pants and want to live without pants (naked) in home. Should we give him permission for that or he will face any health problem regarding that?

He doesn't use undergarments at all times? Kindly clarify Undergarments act as valuable support cum padding for genital organs & protect them to some extent from trauma & injury So, if he is really averse to wearing undergarments, he should consult once with a psychiatrist for evaluation of his problems cum concerns.

Definitely it is poor parenting which is the reason for the current state of affairs. Surely he should wear under wear while going out. When in house he can wear loose shorts but not under wear. All the best and train him.
