I am a 17 year old girl and I am really very fat but tall. I am really planning on losing weight as I am obese. Can you help me out by telling me what exactly should I eat and should I stop ?(It would be really grateful if you could specify the food items rather than telling me about the entire class of food)

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Cut back on all junk and processed food from your diet. Also avoid eating fried, sugary and salty food items. Avoid anything that comes in a packet such as chips etc. Instead, eat fresh home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Drink plenty of water. Decrease your regular food portions by a little amount. Get enough rest. Exercise is extremely important too. Make at least 20 to 30 minutes out everyday for exercise.
