My body growth is not satisfying me. Some time I fill energy less. Kindly help & suggest me what I can do for this?

you can start taking with some high protein meal during the day, like wise in your breakfast and lunch. include fruits along with your every meal. include more of beverages in your diet, like wise soup, buttermilk, mojito etc. take meal at every 2 hourly. don't skip any meal . try to take 3 major and 3 mid meals during the day
