Please avoid all factory made foods including bread, biscuits, white sugar, refined oil, packed milk and all milk products. Minimise intake of wheat and rice based foods. Increase intake of fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, sprouts. Have lower intake of salt. Prefer not eating outside food totally. Have lukewarm water in morning.
