Hello sir I am 20 years old. I am suffering with hypothyroidism with 150. I didn't get menses for two months and I had indigestion problem. Can I take the medicine during menses and will you please say the correct diet for regular menses and hypothyroidism.

You need proper medication to get ride of your problem. Diet-- take proper nutritional food take fruits drink much amount of water do little physical excercise.
