Hello Dr. I am 25 years old female, my height is 5" 4 and weight is 40 kg. I am under weight and very skinny. I eat lots of home food but then also my weight is not increasing. I want to gain weight as well as muscles. I want to be in proper weight according to my age and height. I want a proper diet planning chart.

Eating high calorie diet is the only way to increase height. Do not over eat and become obese as it is not healthy. Staying healthy is more important than weight
