Hi, sir. I am diagnosed with grade 1 bilateral varicocele. It's been 4 months since I got diagnosed. I have acute pain in my right testicle even now. Doctor advised me to wear a supporter. I'm a football player. After I got diagnosed with this problem ,I stopped playing to get rid of the pain for sometime. Now, I want to join in a gym. Will it be okay if a wear a supporter and do my workouts? Please let me know.

Hello- Yes supporters will provide extra cushioning and support to the testicles and avoid any further complications like hydrocele etc, but do take note that your varicocele can accelerate into grade IInd stage if left untreated. Its better to get aware and start treatment. Ayurveda offers complete recovery from varicocele up to Grade IIIrd stage with the help of medications.
