I have suffered from piles. Itching is worsening from last four months. There is no bleeding. Before 20 days, it was two or three times itching in a day or night but now it happens more. I have consulted with a Ayurveda doctor who told about piles. He told that it is initial and after taking medicine it will be cured. But there was no improvement. Now I want to consult with a specialist.Please suggest me someone for that.

It appears not piles it's fissure you have constipation, be very heigenic at local site you may try high intake of water high fibre diet hot sits bath twice a day two tsf isabghol at bed time ointment diltiagesic twice a day at local site.
