6 Am- Morning lemon+warm water+honey 1 tsp 250ml glass on empty stomach. 7 Am 4 almonds+ 2 Anjeer/ 2 Khajur. 45 min Workout or Walking/Running 2KM. 9am- 2 eggs boiled without yolk+ 2 Slice Brown Bread/Upma/Poha/Sandwich (Brown Bread) + Add Fruit or Salad if Feeling Hungry. 11: 00 Pm- Fruit/ Biscuits 2 PM Lunch- 2 Chapati + Veg /1 Bowl Rise + Dal (2) / 3-4 Thepla + Tea/ Fruit Plate 1 glass of Butter Milk & Take a glass of water b4 lunch. 5 pm- Fruit Juice/ 3-4 Oat Biscuits/ 3-4 Pcs Dry Fruit Take 1 glass of water b4 dinner. 8pm- salad, 1 Rotis+ 2 Bowl In all 12 glasses of water minimum of 250 ml/day. 1 kM walk before sleep. I am following this. But recently I have been diagnosed with HbA1c 10. And fasting 156. What you recommend.

hba1c > 6.5 and fasting >126 is diabetes for sure..stop taking honey /khajur and fruit juices..they increase b.sugar levels rapidly...get yourself checked for post prandial b.sugar..youve to start medicine for diabetes staightaway as soon as possible...too much glucose in blood is toxic to organs of body ..a phenomena called glucotoxicity..the sooner u start medication the better it is...get back to me with detailed reports of post prandial b. sugar and evening before dinner sugar levels
