Hi, My left eye twitches a lot it's been three four months and I experience maximum twitching when I study a lot or can't sleep well. Is there anything that could be done? I have tried lubricants but they didn't work. Keep my self hydrated most of the time, and eat allot of green vegetables and carrot but nothing helps. Can you tell me if it's serious? Because I already consulted a doctor once, she just gave me the lubricant and that's it! But the problem persists Please suggest me something for that.

HI Avantika... first thing I don't understand is what is the role of lubricant in twitching... as twitching is caused by abnormal activity of a nerve.. And it can be solved by homoeopathic treatment... You may take Agaricus 30 one dose... It is advisable to consult for proper treatment..
