I am unable to reduce my tummy post pregnancy 4 months. I am doing daily walk for 7000 steps. Having dinner before 8 pm. Please help me by giving me some tips for weight loss.

After pregnancy weight gain is normal .it is due to hormonal changes. Exercise regular and avoid junk food and oily and sweet food. Cold drinks. And take salad regular. And avoid full stomach diet.
