Hi Sir, I am 26, at my teen age I did starving monthly four days without taking a drop of water ,I was vegetarian and I took a poor diet as well as I had a bad habit of masturbation and I had Chronic dysentery problem too, that's why I am unhealthy now. Weight only 96. 8lbs (44 kg). I am taking now non- veg meals but no effect in my health. My stomach function is not good. If I take some liver files then its ok but if I stop to talking liver medicines my stomach becomes upset. So please advice me what should I take for getting a good health.

Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Add one or two spoons of desi ghee of cow only in dal, channa or rajmah during lunch only. Get your liver function test done and tell me report for better guidance and proper treatment.
