I am getting very high stress level and my heart rate is also 100 bpm. I am feeling pain above my eyes and also feeling to vomit please guide what should be the problem according to symptoms. Also feeling pain in left side of chest.

1) Please understand that normal heart rate is between 60-100 and it is normal for heart rate to rise above this in stress or anxiety. 2) With regard to headache and nausea please consult a neurologist for evaluation of the cause of headache and get your BP checked as well. Chest pain could be due to stress and anxiety, but to rule out any heart related cause you can get an echo and TMT done and consult a cardiologist with the reports.
