Dr. I have a habit of masturbation since puberty time when I was at the age of 13 yrs. Now I'm 21 yrs, but I am not capable to stop this addiction. Before, I was engaged in it regregularly. But still I have try to control. I took an antidepressant (fluvoxamine) for it. It.but didn't get any benefit. So, can I stop this habit with yoga regularly? Antidepressant have many dangerous side effect but it have not.
