64 years male. Hypertension - Normal with Telvas-H 40 tablet 1 -daily. Hypothyroidism - Normal with Thyronorm 50 mcg tablet 1 daily early morning on empty stomach. No sugar problem. Difficulty in breathing, because of partial nose blocking - problem exists almost always. Probably due to allergy. This situation worsens in cold weather. I do yogasanas, and pranayama for about 1 hour (6 AM - 7 AM. Always feel tired. Is it because doing exercises, in morning, on empty stomach? Should I consume some energy food before exercises? Or should I stop doing yogasanas? Many times I feel as though I have no stamina at all. Sex life has come to almost nil. Seeking advice to overcome tiredness and fatigue.
