Dear lybrateuser, - To develop your chest muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich food & do regular exercise - have fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products such as yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk, legumes, soya products, tofu, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew & peanuts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling , pull ups, push ups, moderate weight lifting to develop your chest muscles & to keep fit.
