Hi doctor I have hypertension almost 1 year over. Heart beat fastness suddenly. I'm facing this problem before I use this tablet some what it's better then I stopped this tablet controlling with out medicines some times again fastness coming can I use now this tablet - inderal 10 mg? Almost 8 months back only I stopped this tablet after that I'm not using this please suggest me or I have to concern any doctor again why means I stopped rite I use or not without concerning?

continue with the medicine which you have been taking it belongs to betablockers group which is safest among other medicines reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water with honey exercise like simple walk eat more of seasonal vegetables and fruits
