I got very low vit d (8.1) and vitb12 (178.9).Serum calcium. -8.9 Hb-12.9 TRBC-5.03 TWBC10300 Platelet-319000 T3-1.00 T4-8.21 TSH-4.06 What should I take like supplements for the deficiencies and please prescribe something .do I have hypothyroidism. If so what I need to do.

Your vit. D level is very low for which you have to take supplement therapy. Get your TSH repeat after 1 month and if still high consult a physician.

For vit d you can take liq vit d - HI D oral liquid 1 unit every week for 8 - 12 weeks for vit b 12 you can take vit b 12 tablets one daily and foods and fruits rich in vitmin b comples.
